All items on the web site are in stock. UPS Daily pickup - Monday thru Friday at 2:00 Central Time. UPS does
not deliver Saturday or Sunday. UPS cannot deliver to a Post Office Box – You must give us a street Address.
You may choose UPS Ground, 3 Day Select, 2nd Day Air or Next Day Air. All Orders placed on Friday before 2:
00 Central Time for Next Day Air shipment are scheduled for delivery on Monday. The tracking number for
your shipment will be sent from UPS Quantum view.
We gladly accept Master Card, Visa, Discover Card and American Express. We also offer payment by PayPal
and Google Speed Checkout.
You may also fax or call in orders or mail your order with a money order to the address above. No CODs!
All orders are shipped gift wrapped in burlap, tied with jute with a sprig of Eucalyptus.
Our mailing list is completely confidential. We do not give, sell, rent, etc., our mailing lists to anyone!
When you place an order with Cutlery To Go, you will receive an order confirmation by E-Mail.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS:
International orders have a minimum product dollar amount of $100.00. By placing an international order, the
customer assumes all risk of confiscation en route and is responsible for all customs and brokerage
charges. Our charges cover shipping charges only. Customers who refuse the shipment will have the return
shipping charges deducted from the refund.
Return Policy
Cutlery To Go will accept returns within 30 days from date of purchase, with all the original packaging and in
original condition for exchange or credit of purchase price. Credit will be issued to the card used to make
the purchase - no cash refunds.
No returns after 30 days from date of purchase. Shipping charges are non-refundable. Customer pays return
shipping charges.
Used merchandise may not be returned under any conditions.
All returns must be sent by UPS. You must call or email us to get a return authorization number to return an
item. Please put the Return Authorization Number on the return shipping label. Items returned without a
Return Authorization Number will be refused. If returned by Postal, shipment will be refused by our
warehouse.
Refused Delivery
Any order that is refused by the customer when UPS delivers will be charged the shipping charge and the
return shipping charge.
RELEASE, ASSUMPTION OF RISK, AND WAIVER OF LIABILITY AND INDEMNITY AGREEMENT
By purchasing any item from or through Cutlery To Go, the buyer warrants that he or she is in compliance
with his or her local and state laws and is legally able to purchase these items.
You must be at least 18 years old to purchase knives and it is your responsibility to be familiar with and
comply with the laws of your state concerning the purchase, possession and use of knives. We are not
responsible for any damages, injury, etc. from improper or careless use of any product purchased from us. In
case of repair, warranty or otherwise, you must comply with your state's laws on shipment and policy of the
respective manufacturer.
Notice: Some items presented here may be restricted or prohibited in certain areas and/or countries. Please
check with your local law enforcement authorities and customs agents. Cutlery To Go will not be responsible
for any items seized or confiscated. The buyer is responsible for all taxes and tariffs which may be levied by
your country’s Customs Department.
